Gypsy Rose Blanchard is making her split from Ryan Anderson official.
The ex-con filed for divorce from her estranged husband just one week after they called it quits, TMZ reported Monday.
Although the reason behind their breakup is unclear, their fallout may come to light in her forthcoming Lifetime show, which is expected to focus on her life outside prison.

Anderson revealed on his Instagram Sunday that fans might see what caused their split when the series is released.
“We were filming a lot, so stay tuned for that,” he said.
Blanchard, 32, originally revealed that she and the special education teacher were splitting on a Facebook post on March 28, per People.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she wrote. “Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.”
Blanchard, who wed her ex during her eight-year prison sentence in July 2022, added that she is listening to her heart and needs time to find herself.
In December 2023, she was released from prison years after pleading guilty to the murder of her mom, Dee Dee Blanchard, in 2015, alongside her then-boyfriend, Nick Godejohn.
Until recently, they were inseparable as they attended the premiere of Lifetime’s “Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard” in January and appeared alongside each other for a slew of interviews.
She even bragged about her private life with her ex, claiming his “D is fire.”
Clapping back at haters for judging her love life on social media, she wrote, “they [are] jealous because you are rocking my world every night … happy wife happy life.”

However, their romance wasn’t what it appeared because her close friend Nadiya Vizier told People that Gypsy was allegedly worried her estranged husband would hit her.
“Gypsy said that she was afraid he was going to hit her,” she said. “He didn’t — but that happened in the past with her mother. So, her first instinct was to tighten up and be prepared.”
She further claimed that on the night Gypsy decided to leave Anderson, he screamed in her face.
On the other hand, Anderson claimed he was “blindsided” by the split, saying that “it just came out of the blue.”
Gypsy has recently been seen rekindling her relationship with her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker, whom she was engaged to for a year in 2018.
On April 3, the two were photographed holding hands while outside a Dollar General in South Louisiana. They also got matching tattoos.
