Anna Paquin walked a red carpet with a cane Wednesday while dealing with undisclosed health issues.
The “Piano” star appeared to be in good spirits as she posed for photos at the New York City premiere of her new film, “A Bit of Light.”
Paquin, 41, held the black walking stick in her right hand while standing both by herself and alongside her husband, Stephen Moyer, who directed the movie.
The Oscar winner wore a black long-sleeve minidress with a mock turtleneck and sharp shoulder pads. She pulled her hair back in a sleek updo and accessorized the look with black tights and heels.

A source later told the magazine that the actress “will hopefully make a full recovery.”
Paquin also gushed about working with Moyer, 54, and having him as a support system.
“He’s my favorite person to play with,” she said. “I’m not sentimental when it comes to work.”
The “True Blood” alum has not walked a red carpet since October 2022 at the Raindance Film Festival. She posed for photos with Moyer then, too, but notably did not use a cane.
The couple tied the knot in 2010 and share 11-year-old twins: daughter Poppy and son Charlie.
A rep for Paquin didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.
