Sounds like a love story!
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly looked “very affectionate” at a Kansas City Chiefs afterparty Sunday night.
After a TikTok user claimed the Grammy winner paid for restaurant patrons’ meals in order to clear the place, ”Entertainment Tonight” reported Monday that Kelce — who is on year two of a four-year $57 million contract — was actually the one who “bought out the restaurant for his family and team.”
The outlet added that Swift, 33, was “seen snacking, having some cocktails and dancing alongside Travis,” saying they “kept things fun and lighthearted.”
An eyewitness exclusively tells Pvnew that the establishment was the Prime Social rooftop bar, which is atop the Ocean Prime restaurant.
“The Chiefs had rented the rooftop for a postgame party with everyone starting at 8 p.m.,” the source says. “We saw plenty of the players coming in and out throughout the night.”
The insider denies that “they made everyone leave last minute and Taylor paid for the tab,” alleging, “Prime Social told all customers that came in that evening that they were closing at 8 p.m. for this private event.
“Taylor and Travis also were not alone,” the onlooker adds, noting that “there [were] likely at least 100 people upstairs.”
The source tells us the rumored couple “left together in an entourage of three vehicles at 1:10 a.m.”
As for the original TikTok user, she deleted her post and clarified in a subsequent upload that “the restaurant did stop taking reservations at a certain time so they could clear out the place,” claiming that Swift and Kelce were “very kind.”
She said, “The people who were still there, when their reservations were coming up, had their meals paid for by Taylor. … They did have to leave, but this is not uncommon as people have restaurant limits all the time.”
Swift and Kelce’s outing came hours after the “Bad Blood” singer made headlines for cheering the athlete on as his team played the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.
The songwriter was caught on camera screaming “let’s f–king go!” when the tight end, also 33, made a touchdown, giggling with his mom, Donna Kelce, and chest-bumping a friend.
After Travis’ team’s win, he and Swift left together.
Reports surfaced in September that the duo were “hanging out,” two months after Travis tried — and failed — to give Swift his phone number.
The NFL player has been romantically linked to Kayla Nicole in the past, as the former couple had an on-again, off-again relationship from 2017 to 2022. He previously searched for love on E!’s “Catching Kelce” in 2016.
As for Swift, she dated Joe Alwyn for six years before they called it quits in April. She briefly moved on with Matty Healy in May.
