“Real Housewives,” who? Self-proclaimed “Kate conspiracist” Andy Cohen is all about the royal drama these days.
While chatting about Kate Middleton conspiracy theories in Friday’s episode of his “Daddy Diaries Podcast,” the Bravo executive spoke to speculation that Prince William and Lady Rose Hanbury have something to do with the Princess of Wales’ months-long absence from the spotlight.
“It all seems to come back to this lady Rose who he’s had an affair — who he allegedly had an affair with,” Cohen said, referencing resurfaced 2019 rumors about William and the Marchioness of Cholmondeley.

Social media users have wondered about Middleton’s well-being since Kensington Palace announced in January that she was recovering from abdominal surgery.
Although she is not expected to return to the public eye until after Easter, the Princess of Wales, 42, was photographed at a farm stand in Windsor last weekend following concern over a heavily edited UK Mother’s Day photo of herself and her three children.
Cohen, who made headlines Monday for tweeting “that ain’t Kate” in response to the farmer’s market pictures, doubled down on his podcast Friday that “those were old photos.”

He claimed, “Those weren’t photos from the farm stand. … The captions on those photos said Kate pictured last August, blah, blah. It’s a lie.”
“The Sun said she was at a farm stand with the kids after seeing a soccer game looking happy and healthy, but no one at the soccer game or the farm stand [saw her], and oh, that’s totally believable,” he alleged. “Also are y’all recovering from esophagus surgery or are you going to games and a farm stand? Which is it?”
Cohen called the scandal “so weird” and copped to reading “every theory on Twitter.”
The Emmy winner also threw Charles, 75, into the mix and asked “where … the freaking king” has been since his cancer diagnosis was revealed in February.
Cohen is not the only celebrity spreading conspiracy theories about the royal family, which he believes are fair game after “merciless” headlines about Meghan Markle over the years.
“Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Meghan King even hired a psychic to figure out the truth of Middleton’s whereabouts, with the medium alleging that the princess had an “emotional affair” and something “worse” took place when she had her procedure.
Middleton’s rep told Page Six exclusively last month that the royal was “doing well,” while William’s spokesman said the Prince of Wales was focused on “work and not on social media.”
Middleton also spoke out earlier this month to apologize for her Mother’s Day portrait snafu.
“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” she wrote on X. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”
