Kevin Hunter Jr. received an eviction notice from his luxe Miami apartment after failing to pay his February rent, court documents show.
The son of Wendy Williams and her ex-husband Kevin Hunter owes his building more than $4,317.08 in back rent, states the filing submitted at the end of February.
The court documents, obtained by Page Six, also include a copy of Kevin Jr.’s lease, which began on Sept. 15, 2023, and shows the club promoter was obligated to pay $3,713 per month in rent after paying more than $7,000 for a security deposit.
Subsequent court documents filed on March 5 show the case against Kevin Jr., 23, had been dismissed, so it appears he settled the debt.

Kevin Jr. previously faced eviction from his former $2 million Miami apartment in 2022 after failing to pay $70,000 in rent.
The complaint, obtained by Page Six at the time, showed Williams had paid $100,000 up-front for the first year of her son’s apartment.
Kevin Jr. responded by claiming that he was unable to pay the rent because his famed mother had gone through “some health issues” that resulted in her finances being placed under a court’s control.
A two-part Lifetime special that aired last month documented the former daytime talk show host’s battle for her guardian-controlled finances while facing diagnoses of dementia and aphasia.
“I feel like the guardian has not done a good job of protecting my mom,” Kevin Jr. said in the docuseries.
Williams, 59, remains in an undisclosed treatment facility, though her brother said she has shown a “substantial amount of improvement.”
