Everything seems to be hunky-dory between Kyle Richards and sister Kathy Hilton despite Mauricio Umanksy recently rehashing old drama with the latter’s husband, Rick Hilton.
On Wednesday, Richards took to Instagram to share several photos of her and Kathy at a pre-Oscars party over the weekend — just 24 hours after a controversial teaser clip for Umanksy’s show, “Buying Beverly Hills,” dropped.
“Out and about,” Richards captioned the snaps of her and Kathy posing together on the red carpet. She also shared a photo of them with Paris Jackson inside the event.
While Richards, 55, donned a sexy see-through lace midi dress, her older sister covered up in a frilly pink A-line shift.

Despite posting a photo with Kathy, Richards notably didn’t wish her former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-star — who also turned 65 on Wednesday — a happy birthday.
However, she did repost a fan’s sweet birthday message for the socialite on her Instagram Story.
Although the once-estranged sisters seem to be on good terms, Kathy’s daughter Paris Hilton called out Umanksy earlier this week after her uncle shared details of his fallout with her father, Rick, on his Netflix show.
In a sneak peek released Tuesday, Umansky reflected on leaving his brother-in-law’s real estate firm to start his own company over a decade ago.
“I think I got kind of f–ked by Hilton & Hyland,” the real estate mogul said in the video.
“And when I say f–ked, you know, like, today I’m happy, but there was a hundred agents at Hilton & Hyland. They did a billion dollars for the first time a year. I was 19.6 percent of their production.”
Umanksy explained that when he asked to be made a partner of the firm, Hilton, 68, and his co-founder Jeff Hyland ultimately shot him down.
From there, Umanky decided to start his own real estate company — despite the rift it might cause between the families.

“I am Rick’s brother-in-law but unfortunately, it got sour because it really affected the family — Kyle more than anybody,” he said. “You know, her family stopped speaking to her. But she understood that what was done to me was wrong and she stood by me and, at the end of the day, I needed that.”
While Rick has yet to speak out about Umansky’s recollection of their feud, his daughter Paris blasted her uncle for bringing up their past beef despite allegedly working through their issues.
“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about his family-especially in the press,” she wrote under the clip posted on the Queens of Bravo Instagram account.
“Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already.”
Although the inter-family drama has been brought back to light, Umanksy told Us Weekly in April 2023 that they had worked through their issues.
“We got through that,” he told the outlet when asked about his decision to discuss his exit from Hilton & Hyland in his book, “The Dealmaker.”
“I just hope that as Rick and the family read my book, they realize that my stories are facts and real, and I’m certainly not throwing anything at them, because I love them more than anything.”
