“Real Housewives of Dubai” star Lesa Milan approves of castmate Caroline Stanbury’s recent facelift.
“You know what? I actually have to say, in person, it looks amazing,” the Mina Roe founder, 34, told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast Sunday at DIRECTV’s Streaming with the Stars Oscars-viewing party at Spago Beverly Hills.
“It actually looks good,” Milan emphasized further.
The Bravolebrity — who memorably clashed with Stanbury, 47, during their first season of “RHODubai,” which finished airing in 2022 — said that both she and her husband, Rich Hall, feel the procedure took years off the “Ladies of London” alum.

“You know, my husband called her ’50-year-old influencer,’” Milan said, referencing a jab made by the businessman during the reality show’s inaugural run. “And when he saw her the other day, he was like, ’25!’”
Stanbury revealed last fall that she underwent a facelift at the hands of plastic surgeon Dr. Steve S. Kim in Los Angeles, across the world from her home in the Middle East.
Her painful recovery was documented via social media, including several clips of her husband, Sergio Carrallo, crying throughout the ordeal. Through tears, the former soccer player, 29, called the initial shock of her cosmetic enhancement “one of the hardest moments of my life.”
The couple, who wed in December 2021, elaborated on the process during an episode of her podcast, “Uncut and Uncensored,” in November 2023.
“[The doctor] managed to cut off three inches on my neck and then the full width of my ear from my face. The shape of my face is completely wrong for a human; the top half is wider than the bottom half, and my neck is too thick. I have stitches at the front and back of my ear and on my eyelids,” she said, still healing from the operation.
“There is no sign of my face in that face, which is petrifying,” the socialite confessed.
Carrallo, for his part, said he didn’t “recognize” his spouse for some time.
“There are two wives — the one last week and the wife this week. I don’t recognize her,” he said on their podcast.
“It was the worst experience of my life. I was crying. I was trying to look for her and find my wife.”
But Milan said that all the struggles — both physical and emotional — were well worth it for Stanbury.
“It was worth it,” she told “Virtual Reali-Tea” at Sunday night’s Hollywood bash. “She looks amazing, she does.”
While Milan is looking forward to seeing more of Stanbury’s new face, she is also thrilled for fans to see the forthcoming sophomore season of “RHODubai.” Plenty of “drama and betrayal” is on deck, the clothing designer teased, but also a few fashion offenses.
Asked if she ever internally judges her co-stars’ sartorial choices, the style-savvy entrepreneur admitted,“Oh my God, all the time — and it’s usually a miss.”
Milan said that, of all the “Dubai” ladies, Sara Al Madani consistently delivers her least favorite looks.
“It’s not that she can’t dress, it’s just that it’s very different from my taste. It’s different to my taste,” she explained. “It doesn’t mean it’s wrong. It’s just … not what I would put her in.”
Milan was one of many celebrities who came out to toast Academy Award nominees and winners at the DIRECTV event, hosted by Rob Lowe.
“Real Housewives” stars Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne, Vicki Gunvalson, Ashley Darby, Kelly Bensimon, Guerdy Abraira and Alexis Bellino attended, along with“Traitors” contestants Phaedra Parks, Peter Weber and Mercedes “MJ” Javid, among other notable names.
“The Real Housewives of Dubai” Season 2 premieres Sunday, June 2, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
