Sutton Stracke is shedding light on the medical emergency that sent her to the hospital during the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion.
“I did have a medical issue that was serious,” the Bravolebrity, 52, exclusively told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast Sunday at DIRECTV’s Streaming with the Stars party at Spago Beverly Hills.
Stracke noted that host Andy Cohen “called medics right way” before it was determined that she should depart the set for the emergency room.

“I ended up going to the emergency room with truly one of my best friends, Garcelle [Beauvais],” she continued, revealing that her pal made an early exit, too, to make sure she was OK.
“She stayed with me at the emergency room the entire time, which I cannot thank her enough [for].”
During her hospital visit, Stracke discovered that her busy bicoastal work schedule had contributed to a double diagnosis of exhaustion and dehydration.

“It ended up that I was suffering from exhaustion, which sounds stupid, but it’s a real thing. And dehydration,” she explained.
“I was working a lot between New York and LA, back and forth, working on my new company, Sutton Brands.”
The Sutton Concept boutique owner said that an enduring “severe case of bronchitis” only made matters worse, forcing her into an extended period of recovery.
“I was really down for about 10 days. I had to shut my life down, which is very difficult for me,” she said. “And it took about six weeks for me to feel 100 percent again.”
Stracke’s terrifying episode will play out during Wednesday night’s third and final installment of the “RHOBH” reunion.
In a teaser, it appears as though a surprise cameo from series alum Kathy Hilton launches the diamond holder into a frenzy that sees her gasping for air.
When the camera pans to Stracke, she is leaning into Beauvais, 57, who is holding on to her.
Cohen immediately springs into action and fans her with his cue cards, pointing out that she’s shaking.
“Can we call somebody please?” a visibly concerned Beauvais asks.
“You’re shaking, you’re shaking, you are really shaking,” Cohen says before a paramedic comes in.
The entrepreneur was quick to shut down speculation that the mere sight of Hilton, 64, made her ill.
“I will say, it had nothing to do with Kathy Hilton. We’re very good friends. Kathy was like, ‘What’s going on?’ Kathy was calling me when I got out of the emergency room that night, checking on me. The entire cast checked on me, not just one day but several days,” she told us.
“And we have the most amazing production team. They were with me. Some of them were with me at the emergency room.”
While the incident was terrifying, Stracke is grateful for the experience as it made her reprioritize her health.
“It was a very scary moment for me,” she acknowledged, “and it was a reality check for how I need to treat my body.”
Stracke was among many notable reality stars who came out to celebrate DIRECTV’s Oscars viewing bash, hosted by Rob Lowe.
“Real Housewives” personalities Erika Jayne, Vicki Gunvalson, Ashley Darby, Kelly Bensimon, Guerdy Abraira, Lesa Milan and Alexis Bellino came out to toast the evening’s nominees and winners from afar, as well as “Traitors” contestants Phaedra Parks, Peter Weber and Mercedes “MJ” Javid, among others.
Part three of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
