Tori Spelling majorly upgraded her digs just six months after having to evacuate her Hidden Hills home due to mold infestation.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum — who has been allegedly “struggling monetarily” — and her five kids reportedly moved into a lavish five-bedroom, three-bath home in the west San Fernando Valley in recent weeks, according to the Daily Mail.
The 3,000-square-foot house, which rents for a whopping $15,000-per-month, features a brand new pool and spa area, an upgraded stainless steel kitchen with blue cabinetry and plenty of living space for the family of six.
Spelling, 50, reportedly put down a $7,500 security deposit in order to get keys to the property.”

Spelling made headlines over the summer after she and her kids moved into a $100-a-night motel following her split from husband Dean McDermott.
After staying in the no-frills establishment for a few days, the group temporarily relocated to a pal’s pad before Spelling found an RV to settle into.
An insider told Entertainment Tonight at the time that Spelling, who was dealing with severe “financial troubles,” was trying to look at the campground adventure “as a mini vacation rather than a living situation.”
The “Scary Movie 2” actress was photographed lounging in her robe outside the motorhome and talking her kids for walks along the beach.
Despite Spelling and the kids trying to make the most of it, McDermott was reportedly “mortified” that his family was living in squalor.
Soon after, Spelling — who grew up in a $150 million mansion — finally found another rental home that fit her family’s needs.
The former teen actress and her children — Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6 — put down roots in a “fully furnished rental home” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles.
The 3,300-square-foot property cost a pretty penny as Spelling agreed to shell out $18,000 each month in rent.
However, the living arrangement was short lived and the family of six was spotted moving out of the sprawling pad just a week after settling in.

Although it’s unclear why the actress decided to leave the estate behind, it was likely due to safety concerns.
Shortly after unloading their boxes, Spelling and her kids were forced to evacuate the rental after an armed neighbor barricaded himself in a home with a reported hostage.
A SWAT team responded to the incident and no one was harmed; however, it seemed to spook Spelling enough that she packed up her things and left the area.
While the actress and her kids have resorted to unideal living situations over the past couple months, McDermott has also been struggling to find a place to live amid their split.
The “Chopped Canada” host reportedly started living with four roommates in a five-bedroom rental home over the summer and spent Thanksgiving in a sober living facility.
After leaving the treatment center, McDermott seemingly moved in with his girlfriend Lily Calo at the start of 2024.
