Céline Dion didn’t just make a surprise appearance at Grammys 2024 — she had an impromptu performance as well.

The “My Heart Will Go On” songstress was seen happily singing alongside Grammy-nominated songwriter Sonyaé in a video taken backstage at Crypto Arena.

The clip shared on Instagram Tuesday showed the pair grooving to each other’s smooth vocals while being cheered on by onlookers.

Dion’s unexpected — yet very welcome — appearance at the Grammys Sunday night to present Taylor Swift with her record-breaking fourth album of the year trophy was her first public outing since November 2023 when she attended an NHL game in Las Vegas with her children.

The impromptu performance marked Dion’s first time singing in public in nearly four years.

During her introductory speech, the 16-time Grammy nominee spoke about the universal importance of music.

“Those who have been blessed enough to be here at the Grammy Awards must never take for granted the tremendous love and joy that music brings to our lives and to people all around the world,” Dion, 55, said.

The “Power of Love” singer has been staying out of spotlight since announcing her diagnosis with stiff person syndrome in December 2022.

The rare neurological syndrome makes performing incredibly difficult, as it causes muscle stiffness and painful muscle spasms.

After postponing multiple shows in 2021 and 2022, Dion canceled the entirety of her “Courage” world tour in May 2023 to focus on her health.

“I’m so sorry to disappoint all of you once again,” she wrote in her Instagram announcement.

“I’m working really hard to build back my strength, but touring can be very difficult even when you’re 100%.”

She continued, “It’s not fair to you to keep postponing the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, it’s best that we cancel everything now until I’m really ready to be back on stage again.”

The five-time Grammy winner concluded, “I want you all to know, I’m not giving up… and I can’t wait to see you again!”
