Meanwhile, MGK, 33, was spotted holding hands with his lady love while leaving the sushi restaurant wearing an all-black look including oversized leather pants and a low-cut sweater.
He added a bit of bling with large silver earrings and a Vivienne Westwood pearl necklace.
