Ariana Madix claimed that ex Tom Sandoval does not want to sell their shared home, despite the duo calling it quits in March.
Madix appeared on Sunday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” when a viewer called in to ask about her living situation.
“I’m working on the situation with the ownership of house. I would love for that to be resolved quickly, so if Joel Weiner could really get back to my lawyer, that’d be great,” she said, seemingly referring to an entertainment and business disputes lawyer.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star clarified that she and Sandoval “own it equally,” so whatever they decide “has to be agreed upon between both owners.”
“I wanna sell it, he does not,” she claimed.
And when Cohen asked if Sandoval, 41, would “buy you out of your half,” Madix held up her hands as if she didn’t know.
Despite their issues over the home, Madix previously shared that she was living in an Airbnb while competing on Season 32 of “Dancing With the Stars.”
Fans have been questioning what the exes have planned to do with their $2 million Valley Village home ever since she discovered his affair with Raquel Leviss in March.
The “Single AF Cocktails” author, 38, explained in August that she doesn’t want to “f—k [herself] over” by making rash emotional decisions.
“I have never been someone who came from money. I know how quickly that goes away. I’m taking care of myself,” she said on an August episode of the “Scheananigans with Scheana Shay” podcast.
Madix pointed out that she has a team of “financial advisers, a lawyer, an accountant [and] all kinds of people helping make the best decisions” to make she isn’t “squandering [her] financial future and stability.”
“I sleep a lot easier at night not giving a f—k when he comes in that door,” she said at the time. “Yes, we’re in the same house, but I don’t have to think about [him].”
