Jeremy Renner attended his first red carpet since his gruesome snowplow accident.

Four months after breaking more than 30 bones, the actor stepped out for the Disney+ premiere of “Rennervations” in Los Angeles Tuesday night, sporting a navy blue suit with a matching tie and a white collared shirt.

His most notable accessory, however, was his walking cane. He also used a scooter to get around and talk to reporters.

Despite the “ton of pain” he’s still in, the “Hawkeye” star, 52, was all smiles as he posed for eager photographers. It helped that he was surrounded by his proud family.

On New Year’s Day, Renner was airlifted to a hospital after being run over by a 14,330-pound PistenBully near his Reno, Nev. home.

At the time, his rep said he had suffered “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries” that required multiple surgeries, revealing that he was in “critical but stable condition.”

Though he’s kept his Instagram followers updated on his recovery (he returned home from the hospital on Jan. 16), an emotional Renner sat down with Diane Sawyer last week for his first interview since the freak accident.

During the chat, the “Hurt Locker” star insisted he would “do it again” if it meant saving his nephew, Alex Fries, who was there.

“[I felt] all of [the pain],” the actor shared before brutal audio of his neighbor’s frantic 9-1-1 call played. “I was awake through every moment.”

“It felt like someone took the wind out of you,” he added. “Too many things are going on in the body to feel pain. It’s everything. It’s like if your soul could have pain.”

Though he believed he was “dying” in the moment, Renner told Sawyer he “chose to survive.”

“I’ve lost a lot of flesh and bone in this experience,” he said, “but I’ve been refueled and refilled with love and titanium.”

The “Mayor of Kingstown” star divulged even grislier details about the horrifying incident during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Monday, saying one of his eyeballs had actually popped out of its socket.

He acknowledged that the experience must have been a “harrowing” one for Fries, who “had to see his Uncle Jeremy on the ground.”

“I didn’t see anything, but [he saw] the blood everywhere, the eye,” Renner recalled, likening the feeling to “[being under] a giant metal cookie roller.”

“It just missed every vertebra, did not hit any organs,” he pointed out. “My brain did not swell.”

The actor went on to credit the ordeal with helping him lose 20 pounds, quit smoking and free up his schedule.

Though he is still recuperating and rehabilitating, Renner didn’t let his physical limitations keep him from spending the Easter weekend with his family at Six Flags Magic Mountain, where he used an electric scooter to get around the theme park.
