Jonathan Majors is being accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari in a bombshell new lawsuit.
On Tuesday, the professional dancer filed the lawsuit in New York’s Southern District, claiming assault, defamation and battery — as she gave more examples of how her ex allegedly abused her throughout their two-year relationship from August 2021 to early 2023, per documents obtained by Rolling Stone.
Jabbari cited an alleged brutal fight from Sept. 20, 2022, claiming she suffered a head injury when the Marvel star became physically aggressive following her night out with a friend.

The documents further said the “Creed III” star also allegedly threatened to kill his then-girlfriend, according to Rolling Stone.
Majors reportedly left Jabbari unable to move with “a constant ringing headache,” but threatened to kill himself if she went to the hospital.
Aside from a head injury, Jabbari also sustained a bruise on her backside.
Per the documents, Jabbari agreed to not seek medical help, texting Majors that she would “not go to the doctor if you don’t feel safe with me doing so, or don’t trust me to. I promise I would never mention you but I understand your fear.”
Another major incident cited in the lawsuit was from June 2022.
At the time, the duo were in Los Angeles when Majors allegedly became angry, resulting in him pinning Jabbari’s arms back and slamming her against a wall — causing another head injury.

The new filing comes after the “Loki” star was found guilty in December 2023 of assault and harassment in a separate case involving Jabbari.
In March 2023, Majors was arrested in NYC for choking Jabbari during a domestic dispute, which sent her to the hospital to be treated for minor head and neck injuries.
During the trial, Jabbari testified about her ex’s“violent” rage but didn’t bring up the September 2022 incident due to the trial focusing solely on his recent arrest, per the Hollywood Reporter.
Earlier this year, the “Devotion” actor broke his silence on his guilty verdict, revealing he was “shocked and afraid” when it first came out.
“I’m standing there, and the verdict comes down. I say, ‘How is that possible based off the evidence, based off the prosecution’s evidence, let alone our evidence? How is that possible?’” he told ABC News Live on Jan. 8.
“I’m really blessed. I’m surrounded by people who love me, who care about me. But this has been very, very, very hard and very difficult and confusing in many ways.”
Majors further said “everything has kinda gone away” since the trial and it’s now just him and his girlfriend, Meagan Good, 42, whom he has been reportedly dating since May 2023.
The actor was due to appear in court in February for his sentencing, but the date was pushed back to April as his legal team attempts to overturn the verdict.
