Jessica Simpson threw it back to her days as Daisy Duke to show off the fall 2023 collection from her namesake fashion brand.
Simpson shared the sassy snaps on Instagram Thursday with the caption, “Aviators, turquoise, suede fringe, big blonde locks, acrylics, and a vintage Willie Nelson tee shirt- don’t get more Texas Glam than this.”
Simpson, 43, described her getup as “Rodeo on Rodeo.”
“’Those boots are made for walking,’ one fan quipped in the comments.
“Can I look this good at 40?” another asked.
“Reminds me Daisy Duke,” a third commenter pointed out, referencing Simpson’s jorts-loving character in the 2005 movie “Dukes of Hazzard.”
Simpson linked to her new “Not My First Rodeo” collection on her Instagram Story, which included the Callie Fringe Short ($69.50) and Cissely Western Bootie ($139.00) she modeled for the shoot.
The “With You” singer is known for her penchant for itty-bitty bottoms, admitting in April that she owns a “ridiculous number” of jean shorts and even considers herself a “connoisseur” when it comes to the flirty style.
It’s likely the “Newlyweds” alum is saving those shorts, as she’s keeping special fashion pieces for her daughters Maxwell and Birdie.
Maxwell is already following in her fashionable mother’s footsteps, receiving a neon Louis Vuitton bag for her 11th birthday and recently wearing a denim crop top alongside her famous mom.
