Loren Brovarnik said she underwent a “natural mommy makeover” a year after welcoming her third child.
“The day has finally come, I’m getting a natural mommy makeover,” she captioned an Instagram selfie of herself with her doctor Monday. “This is something I’ve wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on, but it’s a little different.”
The “90 Day Fiancé” star said a childhood friend referred her to Dr. Dev Vibhakar before revealing that she has “abdominal diastasis,” which is “uncomfortable” for her.
“So I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” Brovarnik continued. “We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs.
“Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go. Just like everything else, I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you.”
After the surgery, Brovarnik — who was lying in bed with bandages under her chin and on her chest — sent a video message to her fans about her surgeries.
“Happy Thursday. I’m getting so many messages and I just want to say thank you again,” she began in the clip shared to her Instagram Stories. “Like, I can’t thank you guys enough for your concern, reaching out.
“So many people are asking what I had done, why I have bandages. I did a mommy makeover — it’s a tummy tuck with 360 lipo and a fat transfer and yes, the chins are gone. I have one chin.”
Loren’s new look comes a year after she and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, welcomed their third child, Ariel, last September.
The couple previously welcomed sons Shai and Asher in April 2020 and August 2021, respectively.
Loren and Alexei, both 35, made their reality TV debut in 2015 during Season 3 of “90 Day Fiancé,” which ended with the pair tying the knot that September.
The parents of three have since starred in multiple franchise spinoffs, including “90 Day Fiancé: What Now?” and “Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days.”
