The SAG Awards honor the year’s best acting achievements, but the red carpet always brings plenty of drama, too.
And Saturday’s step-and-repeat was full of beautiful looks in black and white — with Ayo Edebiri, Ali Wong, Greta Lee and Bel Powley among the many who opted for dichromatic ensembles — as well as pops of vibrant color courtesy of Lily Gladstone, Margot Robbie and Brie Larson, to name but a few.
Below, our picks for the night’s best-dressed stars.
Lily Gladstone
Nominated for her performance in “Killers of the Flower Moon,” Gladstone was gorgeous in this fiery red Armani Privé gown covered in cascading tiers of fringe.
In addition to a pair Van Cleef & Arpels rings, she accessorized with colorful beaded earrings designed by Molly Murphy-Adams, a descendent of the Oglala Lakota tribe.
Bel Powley
The “Small Light” nominee lit up the red carpet in this breathtaking black-and-white Chanel Haute Couture dress outfitted with an embroidered bustier and petticoat skirt framed with feathers.
Brie Larson
Hello, abs! We want the “Lessons in Chemistry” actress to give us some lessons in crunches after seeing her in this fabulous peach Atelier Versace two-piece inspired by a photo of Claudia Schiffer from a 1994 issue of Vogue.
Pink opal rings and morganite earrings from Irene Neuwirth complemented her crop-top-and-skirt combo.

Tyler James Williams
Few Hollywood men dress better than the “Abbott Elementary” actor, who selected this stellar, shimmery Amiri suit and matching mesh top in ice blue for the SAG Awards.
A pair of pearl rings and a matching bracelet from Aequa & Co. were the perfect accents.
Rachel Brosnahan
The “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” nominee has been looking, well, marvelous throughout awards season, but there was something particularly magical about this bronze pleated Tamara Ralph Couture creation adorned with crystallized roses at the neckline.
A few delicate gold Cartier pieces finished off the look.
Emma Stone
Designed by Louis Vuitton, Stone’s SAG Awards dress was all about the details; sequins, crystals and delicate rows of pearls were arranged in the shape of fern leaves, while the hem was finished with shimmering blue beadwork.
The “Poor Things” nominee accessorized with earrings and rings from Louis Vuitton Fine Jewelry.
Storm Reid
We can’t get enough of the beautiful floral beadwork on the “Euphoria” actress’ custom Balmain gown — or the fact that she paired it with red satin Christian Louboutin heels for an unexpected pop of color.
Diamond drop earrings from Vrai added a little extra sparkle.
Margot Robbie
While not inspired by an iconic Mattel doll of years past like many of her recent red carpet looks, Robbie’s Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress was certainly still Barbie-coded with its playful bubblegum-pink sash.
Our favorite part of the look, however, might be that 30-carat diamond anklet by Lorraine Schwartz.
Greta Lee
Nominated for her performance in “Past Lives,” Lee looked incredibly cool in The Row’s textured white column dress teamed with black leather opera gloves.
Anne Hathaway
Curious about the color of that vibrant Atelier Versace gown? To quote fictional Runway editrix Miranda Priestly, it’s not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually cerulean.
In addition to being the only such hue on Saturday’s carpet, the dress was a perfect pick for the ceremony’s “Devil Wears Prada” reunion, which saw Emily Blunt and Meryl Streep presenting an award with Hathaway onstage — and revisiting a few iconic lines from the film in the process.
