Mariska Hargitay and her son August were spotted in a rare public outing together at the US Open Tuesday night.
The duo appeared to be watching the match intently as they engaged in occasional conversation at the annual New York City event.
The “Law and Order: SUV” star, 59, arrived at the event in style as she sported a white long-sleeve button-up and yellow crossbody purse.
She styled her brown hair and subtle highlights down with soft waves.
Her eldest child wore a blue button-up shirt, similar to his mom’s with the sleeves rolled up.
The actress shares August with her husband of 19 years, Peter Hermann, 56.
After tying the knot in 2004, the couple welcomed August in 2006 and went on to adopt daughter Amaya, 13, and son Andrew, 12, within less than a year of each other.
Hargitay previously opened up about the life-changing process of welcoming two newborns while referring to the stage of life as “momentous” and “unexpected.”
“We adopted Amaya, and Andrew, I always describe it as this angel that fell out of the sky, because he was a little unexpected,” she explained to People in 2019.
“It’s something that happened very quickly, when adoption can take a long time. We were so beautifully and surprisingly… not because we’re not in sync, but surprisingly in sync about something so huge. So momentous.”
The “Younger” actor gushed on the secret to a long-lasting relationship with the actress in the same interview.
“I never thought I would have this much laughter in my life,” he said.
“Not just actual laughter. But also the way that Mariska is just the embodiment of laughter – of joy.”
