Tamra Judge was caught wiping out while letting her hair down and wildly dancing as “The Real Housewives of Orange County” cameras captured the moment for Season 18.
The longtime reality star bopped around on top of a bar before falling down and taking a few seconds to recover as she laughed off her accidental tumble in a video published by TMZ Monday.
Several people stood below Judge, 56, and tried to help her get back up before she eventually flexed her core muscles to get back on the horse at The Boulevard in Costa Mesa, Calif.
The “Housewife” barely waited a beat before grooving again and screaming in front of fellow bargoers while up high.
Judge then squatted down in front of an unidentified woman who was also on top of the bar to gyrate against her before standing back up and keeping the good times rolling.
The Bravolebrity’s ex-BFF, “RHOC” alum Vicki Gunvalson, reportedly was also present but walked away once Judge fell down.
The sighting comes in the midst of filming for the forthcoming season of the reality show, which began in mid-January.
Bravo has yet to announce the official cast, but Pvnew previously confirmed Alexis Bellino will return as a “friend” amid her blossoming romance with Shannon Beador’s ex John Janssen.
Meanwhile, Beador, 59, reportedly is a full-time cast member –– despite being arrested for DUI and hit-and-run in September 2023.

Heather Dubrow, meanwhile, confirmed to Pvnew that she has been filming with her friends, too, and even teased that “truth is stranger than fiction.”
Dubrow, 55, and Bellino, 47, were photographed grabbing a cocktail with Emily Simpson a few weeks ago as well.
It is unclear whether Gunvalson, 61, has returned to the series, as she previously told us she had not been offered a full-time contract and was not interested in the “friend” role she has had the last few seasons.
“I went on as good faith thinking I would show the network that I love them, I love filming, my value. But if I go back [as a ‘friend’], it looks thirsty,” she told us in December.
Bravo has yet to reveal the premiere date for the upcoming season.
