The content creator’s first celebrity boyfriend was NHL player Kasperi Kapanen.
The pair were first linked in early 2019 while Kapanen was playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs. They separated in late 2020 after he was traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Armie Hammer
Lorenze dated Armie Hammer from September to December 2020 amid the “Call Me by Your Name” star’s divorce from his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers.
The model was one of several women who came forward in January 2021 to accuse Hammer of abuse, telling Pvnew exclusively that he allegedly used a knife to carve his initial near her vagina and repeatedly mentioned wanting to remove and eat one of her ribs.
“He would talk about it like a traditional BDSM relationship, but it wasn’t. This was way outside and beyond that,” she told us, which an attorney for the actor called “patently untrue.”
Morgan Wallen
Pvnew broke the news in February 2022 that Lorenze moved on with country singer Morgan Wallen, though a source told us that the couple had quietly “been together for almost a year” by that point.
The Dairy Boy founder made their relationship Instagram-official days later, only to dump the “Last Night” crooner by the end of the month.
“She suspected he was cheating on her with multiple people,” a source told us exclusively at the time. “After they went public, Paige started getting all these messages on Instagram from girls saying, ‘I was with him. We slept together.’”
Wallen never publicly addressed the speculation.
Tyler Cameron
Pvnew revealed in July 2022 that Lorenze was “newly dating” Tyler Cameron after the duo met at a bar in New York City.
The fashion designer and the “Bachelorette” alum confirmed the news with a PDA-filled stroll through Manhattan later that month, but like her romance with Wallen, Lorenze’s fling with Cameron ended shortly after they went public.
The YouTuber subsequently accused the reality star of “using” her for Instagram followers and shared that she was blindsided when he announced their breakup on TV.
Tommy Paul
Lorenze re-entered WAGs territory in October 2022 when she debuted her relationship with tennis pro Tommy Paul, whom she met a month prior at the US Open.
“So many of the [other athletes’] wives and girlfriends have been so warm and welcoming to me,” she told The Post in August 2023. “I have made some amazing girlfriends in a short period of time while being on tour with Tommy, and it’s really nice to feel like we have our own little support group.”
Lorenze went on to describe Paul as her “biggest supporter,” gushing that he “is always cheering” her on.
