Stassi Schroeder’s latest selfie is shedding some light on a trending cosmetic procedure.
On Thursday, the “Vanderpump Rules” alum, 35, posted two side-by-side photos to her Instagram story, showing off her “Barbie Botox” procedure.
“OK, I will never not get Barbietox,” she wrote alongside the pictures. “Y’all Google it, you’re welcome.”
“Barbietox,” which is sometimes called “Traptox,” is when Botox is injected into the trapezius muscle, which lies between the neck and the shoulder.
This allows the muscle to relax, not only helping with migraines and shoulder pain, but also creating a slimmer neckline, similar to a Barbie doll, according to experts.
Schroeder made sure to tag her plastic surgeon, Dr. Jimmy Firouz, who also provided a more in-depth explanation on the benefits of this procedure, which has become viral on TikTok and other social media platforms in 2023.
“Not only does this slim down the neckline, but it feels amazing!” the professional wrote on his own Instagram story, speaking to the therapeutic effects of the injections. “The tension relief is a game changer.”
In the photos Schroeder shared, her neck does appear to be slightly slimmer, and the effects often become greater as time goes on.
The mom of two hasn’t been shy when it comes to talking about plastic surgery and the various cosmetic procedures she’s had done over the years.
In 2019, she spoke to People about how she’s gotten Botox injections since she was 23. “I’ve always done it conservatively, and I have it down to a science,” Schroeder said at the time.
She also told Pvnew that her breast reduction and chin implant were the “best thing I ever did for myself.”
Last June, the former Bravolebrity also made headlines after saying she would try Ozempic after giving birth to her second child.
“Have I Googled Ozempic and what it would be like, and am I thinking about it? Yes, I am,” she told Alex Cooper while appearing on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
