Heather and Terry Dubrow celebrated having one of the most successful real estate deals in Orange County, Calif., history on the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” stars Josh and Heather Altman, who worked on the sale of the lavish property, visited the married couple while the deal was still pending and in escrow.

“You guys should be proud. You should be stoked,” Josh told the Dubrows before letting them know, “This is the third-highest sale in the history of Orange County.”

Terry, 64, reacted with a shocked expression on his face, while Heather, 54, fist-bumped her realtor to celebrate.

“I see the best houses in the world,”Josh, 44, pointed out. “I haven’t seen a house like this throughout my career.”

The Altmans then walked out shortly after to work on closing the deal, but returned within moments to inform the Dubrows that the buyers had signed the contract and the sale was official.

Terry said of the monumental deal in a confessional interview, “$55 million isn’t ‘f–k you money,’ it’s ‘f–k everybody you’ve ever known money.'”

Heather then gushed that she was glad she had a bottle of Dom [Pérignon] “chilling” in order to commemorate the occasion, adding, “Best moment ever!”

Amenities include a concierge, gated security, a pool and jacuzzi with private cabanas, a fitness studio, a movie theater, a business center and valet parking.

According to the Real Deal, the biggest sales in Orange County have “hovered in the mid-to-low $30 million range” this year — for comparison.

The outlet also noted that hedge fund manager Joseph Edelman set the record for the highest sale ever in Orange County in 2021 with his Laguna Beach mansion, which sold for $70 million.

Following their groundbreaking sale, Heather and Terry moved into a $16.1 million mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., that they plan to renovate.

“We are so excited to redo this legendary home,” the “Housewife” told her Instagram followers in July, adding that renovations “should take about 3 years.”

The 9,000-square-foot home sits on 8.2 acres and was previously owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis.
