Tom Sandoval claims Ariana Madix did not pay the bills for their home after his affair with Raquel Leviss was exposed.
“My bank account was literally overdrawn. Dude, Ariana hadn’t paid any of the bills for, like, f–king eight months, man,” Sandoval told Tom Schwartz in Tuesday’s episode of “Vanderpump Rules.”
Sandoval claimed he was “moving $1,000 around to this account” and “moving $500 from this account” to pay for their mortgage.
“I’ve been pretty much paying for everything out of all my accounts. Mortgage, gardener, cleaning, utilities, everything. It’s kind of like pulling teeth to get Ariana to pay me back,” he further alleged in a confessional.
Sandoval, 41, made the allegations after Schwartz, 41, questioned why he continued performing and touring with his band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, despite continued backlash from his affair, aka Scandoval.
Madix, 38, has yet to respond to the claim, and her rep did not immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
The former couple’s $2 million Los Angeles home has been a point of contention for nearly a year.
After they split last March, neither Sandoval nor Madix wanted to move out, but she always stated her intention to sell it –– while he wanted to keep it and to buy her out.
“I’m not here for him trying to assert his dominance, be louder, be more obnoxious, make me uncomfortable, and then I cower and let him do whatever,” she explained in Tuesday’s episode.
Madix added that she did not want to “pack up my clothes and hitchhike down the road because Tom offered me a measly sum of money.”
“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” she said in a confessional.

Madix didn’t divulge the “measly sum of money” her ex offered her, but Sandoval recently claimed that it was more than $3 million.
“Ariana is trying to make it out that I am a psychopath for wanting to keep the house that we have. She’s like, ‘He gave me a sh–t offer.’ I gave her an offer of $3.1 million,” he said on the Jan. 30 episode of “The Viall Files.”
However, Madix declined his offer and has instead opted to sue him to list the property by requesting a “partition by sale” in January.
The issue has remained stagnant over the last month, as Madix has been living in New York City while playing Roxie Hart in “Chicago” on Broadway.
The reality TV stars bought the Valley Village modern farmhouse-style home for $2.075 million in February 2019.
