Drake has been flying in luxury through the skies in his $185 million private jet, dubbed “Air Drake.”
The Boeing 767 private plane, which was gifted to the “Hotline Bling” rapper in 2019 for free through a partnership with Cargojet, seats 30 people and features a custom paint job designed by designer Virgil Abloh, who died after a battle with cancer in 2021.
Cargojet’s president and CEO, Ajay Virmani, said the company was very excited to partner with Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Graham.
“We have had a lengthy relationship with Drake and this partnership has grown organically between both parties. Cargojet and Drake are both great Canadian successes, we are thrilled to be partnering together,” Virmani said in 2019.
Take a look inside “Air Drake” below.
Seating
Drake’s private jet comfortably seats nearly three dozen people, with plush velvet sofas and luxe leather armchairs.
The “Controlla” emcee has spent time with several of his friends on the aircraft, often enjoying a meal or playing cards on one of the many tables.
Rooms
The jet features three private suites, two living rooms and a bathroom that comes with a shower.
In one of the rooms is a king-sized bed, which is similar to the one found in an alleged leaked tape of Drake, that has a curved, light-colored headboard.
Amenities
Travelers can relax in one of several leather recliners and catch a movie on a flat-screen TV in the theater room of the plane.
They can also spend time in the business lounge or the entertainment room.
Interior design
The inside of the cabin has a customized design that features a mix of gold and wood surfaces, a striped carpet and beige and light purple furniture.
Outside design
The outside of the Grammy winner’s plane is covered in a unique sky blue and white cloud-like design, which was created by Abloh.
The tail section of the jet is adorned with a white owl, which is the logo for Drake’s brand, October’s Very Own (OVO), while the side of the plane near the wing reads, “AIR DRAKE.”
Under the belly of the aircraft, which you can see when it flies over you, are the words, “‘IF YOU’RE READING THIS WE LEFT,'” which references Drake’s 2015 mixtape, “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.”
