Former Disney Channel star Mitchel Musso was arrested Saturday night for public intoxication and theft.
Authorities in Rockwall, Texas, busted the “Hannah Montana” alum, who portrayed Oliver Oken on the hit series starring Miley Cyrus, after he was seen “acting belligerent” at a nearby hotel around 7 p.m., TMZ reported.
Police told Fox News that Musso went to a food market inside the hotel, “selected a bag of chips and began eating them.”
When hotel staff demanded payment for the snack, the former child star “became verbally abusive” and stormed off, according to cops.
Police found Musso outside of the hotel and took him into custody after running his name and discovering he had a number of outstanding traffic warrants.
Rockwall jail records seen by Pvnew show the “Phineas and Ferb” voice actor was charged with public intoxication, theft under $100, expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license and violation of a promise to appear notice.
Musso, 32, spent the night behind bars after snapping a downtrodden-looking mugshot, in which he wore a white towel across his chest, and was released Sunday morning after paying $1,000 bond.
The “Pair of Kings” actor is hardly the first Mouse House alum to find himself in legal trouble.
“That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown has been in and out of police custody over the years for a variety of crimes, including domestic violence.
Following his December 2022 arrest, Brown had to undergo a mental competency test to determine whether he was fit to stand trial.
Following a string of prior arrests for burglary, drug possession and more, Brown, 35, sat down with Dr. Phil McGraw in 2018 for an intervention-style interview.
“I was drinking a lot. I just found myself in a dark place because I couldn’t really find everybody. It’s kinda like looking for your keys; when you stop looking, they’re right there,” he told McGraw.
“I started to realize what was in front of me. From there, now I’m good.”
The “Major Payne” actor didn’t keep his word.
