The “Girls” creator paired the nearly-nude, head-turning dress with a beaded necklace and delicate gold chains as well as chunky gold hoop earrings.
Dunham, 37, hit the step and repeat Thursday in London to celebrate the launch of TV presenter Cat Deeley and celebrity makeup artist Amanda Grossman’s new fragrance brand at luxury beauty store Space NK.

Dunham has also moved on since their split in 2018, marrying English Peruvian musician Luis Felber in a secret ceremony in 2021.
Earlier this year she celebrated five years of sobriety, calling it the “happiest of [her] time on earth.”
