Raquel Leviss called out Andy Cohen for saying he thought she was “really medicated or really out of touch” when she appeared on the explosive Season 10 “Vanderpump Rules” reunion.
“To say that I must be heavily medicated, because my behavior was erratic or I didn’t have emotions is not OK in my eyes,” the reality star, 28, said on Friday’s episode of Bethenny Frankel’s podcast “Just B.”
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum also accused Cohen, 55, of “violat[ing] some sort of HIPAA law” – referring to a federal law that forbids the unauthorized disclosure of an employee’s health condition.
However, a source close to the “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” host tells Pvnew exclusively that his query was “not a HIPPA” violation, since he’s not a medical provider, nor was he aware of Leviss’ medical history.”
“To make assumptions like that – it’s damaging to a person,” she continued.
Leviss admitted on Frankel’s podcast that she was “medicated,” since she’s “been on antidepressants for several years now.”
In June, Cohen told PvNew that he was “worried for Raquel’s mental health going into the reunion” and still was after it aired earlier that month.
“But actually, when I saw how unemotional she was, it made me think she was either really medicated or really out of touch with her role in everything,” he said.
Shortly after the Bravo host’s remarks made headlines, he admitted that it was “wrong” of him to “speculate” on Leviss’ state.
“She took it all on the chin like a champ,” he said on a June 13 episode of his SiriusXM “Radio Andy” show. “And she just sat there and took it. I didn’t know that she would be able to, which is probably why I hypothesized.”
Leviss faced severe backlash from her fans and co-stars alike after her affair with Tom Sandoval was exposed in March.
She and the TomTom co-owner, 41, both appeared on the bombshell Season 10 reunion, in which their former friends hurled insults at them for hours on end.
Season 11 for “Vanderpump Rules” is currently filming, but Leviss has stated that she will not be returning.
“Hell no,” she emphatically told Frankel on “Just B.”
Reps for Cohen didn’t immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
