Gil Dezer — the developer who has launched Porsche and Bentley-branded towers in Florida — says celebs and the super-rich often ask for apartments for free.
The rapper Future is buying a $7.5 million pad at Dezer’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., which comes with its own private pool and a 1,500-square-foot, four-car “sky garage” on the same floor.
But some stars are looking for an eight-figure discount.
“I get celebrities all the time calling me saying, ‘You need to give me an apartment,'” Dezer tells Pvnew.
“Future was different though,” he adds. “He came to me like a gentleman, and he said, ‘Will you give me a good price?’ Others have come to me and said, ‘Hey, hook me up!’ They wanted in on the ground floor for free, and I am talking about mega-millionaires. It is crazy.”
“It’s a unique system, and it’s what sold many people on buying. In other buildings, the valets know who is coming and going. This is more private,” he also shared.
Apparently Future’s purchase has piqued interest from other A-listers.
“With word spreading of who will be living in the building…I have been receiving calls from publicists for their clients requesting private tours in exchange for passes to football games, concert tickets, jewelry,” Dezer said.
