Raquel Leviss doubled down on her claim that Tom Sandoval recorded a NSFW video of her without her consent prior to their months-long affair being exposed.
Leviss sat down for her first post-reunion tell-all on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast, “Just B with Bethenny Frankel,” on Wednesday, where she shared her side of the story with the now-infamous video that ultimately led to Sandoval’s then-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, finding out about their dalliance.
“So you’re FaceTiming Tom, you’re in New York and Tom is in LA and you’re masterbating, and he’s recording you, and you don’t know you’re being recorded?” Frankel asked.
“Correct,” Leviss quickly replied.
The former “Vanderpump Rules” star, 28, explained that she was in the Big Apple doing press for Season 10 of the show when she decided to FaceTime Sandoval on March 1.
“I decided to be adventurous and look at the adult section on the TV, and Tom and I FaceTimed a lot, so it turned into something more of an intimate FaceTime. I expected to have privacy in that moment, so that happened,” she recalled.
Leviss claimed that she had no idea Sandoval, 41, was recording the session until Madix, 38, found it on his phone later that same night and sent her the videos.
“I get a text from Ariana sending me two screen recorded videos and a text that said, ‘you’re dead to me,’ and that’s how I knew that she knew,” she continued. “And then also that’s how I found out I had been recorded without my consent, so of course all of these emotions came flooding over me.”
The former beauty pageant contestant remembered feeling “scared” that the video was “going to be leaked,” so she “felt pressured in that moment” to tell Madix the truth about her affair with Madix’s partner of nearly a decade.
When asked how “graphic” the video was, Leviss quipped that “it’s not something that I would ever want my grandma to see.”
Shortly after news of their affair – aka Scandoval – made headlines two days later, Leviss sent out cease and desist letters to several of her former friends demanding they delete it, since she claimed it was filmed “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent.”
However, the legal notice may not have scared everyone, since Leviss said, “It seems to be that a lot of people have seen it” since the letter.
“Some of Ariana’s friends have described the video in great detail online, and she also sent it to me, so I don’t know who else she sent it to. I wouldn’t be surprised if she sent it to other people, but it’s not legal,” she added.
Leviss also confirmed that “other people” have straight-up told her they have “seen” the video.
Sandoval’s rep didn’t immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
As Pvnew previously reported, Madix discovered the betrayal when Sandoval’s phone fell out of his pocket while he was performing a show with his band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras.
Madix subsequently dumped him and Scandoval has continued to play out on- and off-screen ever since. The cast is currently filming Season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules,” though Leviss has yet to take part in any setting.
