Gigi Gorgeous once squeezed silicon from her illegal butt injections onto the bathroom floor of a New York City restaurant.
Though previously filled with “shame” and “embarrassment” over the ordeal, the YouTuber and trans activist mentioned it briefly in her May 2023 book, “The T Guide: Our Trans Experiences and a Celebration of Gender expression — Man, Woman, Nonbinary and Beyond.”
She recently decided to give her subscribers a more detailed account of the “horror story,” explaining that she was interested in obtaining a “more hourglass, voluptuous” figure.
But instead of going under the knife and receiving a combination of liposuction and fat transfer — a surgery commonly known as a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) — Gorgeous, 31, “experimented with silicon injections,” which are “less expensive” but “a lot more dangerous,” around 2014 or 2015.
She said a friend of hers recommended a “personal trainer” named Lisa, who would throw “pumping parties” and administer “ass shots” at hotels.
Though Gorgeous thought it was “sketchy,” she said she “trusted” Lisa because she’d “done this before.”
“In the moment, I just thought that it was so fun, so feminine,” she admitted.
After flying from Canada to the Big Apple, taking out about $500 to $600 in cash and checking into a Midtown Manhattan hotel, Gorgeous said her friend and Lisa met her in her room.
Her friend brought her own jar filled with a thick, clear substance and said she’d be getting injected with that.
Then Lisa pulled out a Voss glass water bottle filled to the brim with a yellow, watery, petroleum jelly-like liquid. That’s what Gorgeous was getting.
The moment is “burned, scalded, seared, scorched into [her] memory.”
She said Lisa poured the liquid into a cup, pulled out a shockingly thick needle and injected her without any sort of numbing while she was lying face-down on the bed.
“There was no rhyme or reason to how she injected. There was no dots or symmetry or anything. It was literally her just going ham at it,” the blond beauty recalled, adding that her friend was holding her arm and “coaching” her through the pain.
Gorgeous said Lisa then closed her injection holes with Super Glue and Band-Aids.
Despite the traumatizing experience, Gorgeous was “so excited” that she and her friend immediately went to a place called Cafeteria to celebrate.
While there, Gorgeous went to the restroom, pulled up her skirt and started to pee in the toilet. “What did I just do?” she recalled thinking to herself.
“So then I proceeded to take all the Band-Aids off, rub all the Krazy Glue off of my skin and start squeezing the silicone out. It’s going all down the seat, all down the toilet, on the floor,” she shared.
The influencer “got what she [could] out and left the bathroom with silicone on the floor” before returning to the table and acting like nothing had happened.
Later that night, Gorgeous noticed scabs all over her butt, which she said fell off the next morning while she was in the shower.
In the moment, she swore off silicon injections, but she soon found her way back to Lisa and saw her several more times.
One day, Gorgeous noticed a “huge” lump on her right thigh, so that same friend suggested she get in a hot bath and use a hairspray bottle to “roll it out.”
“Eventually, it went away,” Gorgeous explained. “Needless to say, that was the last time that I ever booked an appointment with ‘Trainer Lisa.’ That was enough for me where I was like, ‘No, bitch, just go to the f–king gym; build your booty in the gym.'”
Gorgeous made sure to note that she “seriously, seriously regret[s]” undergoing the “scary” procedure because it can cause “major health effects” and even “kill you.”
