Lindsay Lohan’s brother is a doting uncle to baby boy Luai.
Nearly one month after the infant’s arrival made headlines, Dakota Lohan posted a photo of his sleeping nephew via Instagram Stories Wednesday.
“See you soon baby Luai,” the 27-year-old captioned a black-and-white shot of himself leaning over the little one’s crib.
The newborn, whose face was covered with a heart-eye emoji, did not make an appearance in Dakota’s 10-slide carousel about his trip to Dubai posted that same day.
“Over the moon,” the model captioned vacation photos with Lindsay, 37, and her husband, Bader Shammas. “I got to see my best friends in a place I never thought I’d experience as in Dubai (hot as s**t in the summer).”
Dakota continued, “They have the most precious little baby Luai who lights up their life and everyone who meets him. This trip to Dubai really put me in the best headspace and I’m beyond grateful for every single moment.”
While the actor is now back home in New York City, he left a bouquet of flowers for his sibling that she showed off on her Story.
Lindsay has been active on social media since becoming a mom, most recently sharing a mirror selfie in her postpartum underwear.
“I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery,” the “Freaky Friday” star wrote earlier this month. “Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world!”
She has yet to post a photo of Luai.
When the former reality star was pregnant, however, she documented many milestones following her March announcement that she and Shammas had a little one on the way.
Not only did actress debut her bump the following month, but she went on on to show her followers her baby shower and her son’s ocean-themed nursery.
“I can’t wait to see what the feeling is and what it’s like to just be a mom,” Lindsay gushed in a June Allure interview, saying her parenthood journey felt “overwhelming — in a good way.”
She added that she had been more emotional ahead of giving birth, explaining, “Happy tears. That’s just who I am.”
Pvnew broke the news last month that Luai arrived, with Lindsay’s rep calling the family “over the moon in love.”
The spokesperson did not specify the infant’s birthdate in July but did not that he was born in Dubai, where Lindsay and the financier live.
The couple began dating in 2020. They got married two years later.
