She’s going for the gold.
Gisele Bündchen gleamed in metallic body paint as she posed for the February 2024 issue of Harper’s Bazaar, with the magazine’s cover star glowing as she opened up about her new cookbook and post-divorce life.
The 43-year-old supermodel shared some of the images on Instagram Wednesday morning, writing, “Thank you so much @harpersbazaarus for having me and thank you @aliciadkennedy for a great conversation about life and my new cookbook Nourish!”
In the cover image, Bündchen rocks a fishnet-like Bottega Veneta crochet top and skirt with huge puffball trim, going on to pose in full gold body paint in several other photos.
She sports a plunging gold sequined Miu Miu dress that matches her skin in one shot as she turns her head to the side and laughs, while a close-up photo shows what appears to be a topless Bündchen wearing just a Van Cleef & Arpels Jersey necklace.
The catwalk star poses in a pair of her own bikini bottoms in another pic as she pops out one of her golden legs from under a billowing purple cape.
She ditches the paint in other snaps, rocking a crocheted Loewe cape with a pair of Matteau briefs as she poses amid some reeds and a black-and-white Louis Vuitton look as she leaps in the air.
Opening up about her cookbook, “Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body & Feed Your Soul,” Bündchen — who shared that she tried going vegan but had to add meat back in to address “nutritional deficiencies” — said, “I can offer some things I’ve learned and that have helped me and my family.”
“I’m just a mom who has a very busy life, and I think a lot of women can relate to that,” she added.
As for what people think about her private life after divorcing ex-husband Tom Brady, the modeling legend takes it all in stride.
“I can’t really worry about what other people say about me, because what they say about me is none of my business. It’s really their business that they’re trying to project onto me,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.
At the end of the day, Gisele said, “If I’m going to be affected by that, I’m never going to live my truth.”
