Nicki Minaj’s feud with Cardi B just got a whole lot messier.
The “Super Bass” rapper’s husband, Kenneth Petty, was put on house arrest after “threatening” the “Bongos” rapper’s husband, Offset.
California judge Michael W. Fitzgerald ordered the convicted felon to serve up to 120 days of home detention, according to court documents filed Wednesday and obtained by Pvnew.
The filing states that Petty, 45, was recorded “making threatening remarks toward a specific individual while in the company of someone with a criminal record.”
According to video circulating online from the Sept. 16 incident, Minaj’s husband can be heard calling out Offset, making the Migos rapper the “individual” in question.
“Plan that vacation, you gonna be planning your funeral, p—y,” he says in the viral clip.
Petty’s home detention program will involve electronic monitoring, GPS and alcohol monitoring.
Per the docs, the ex-con’s violation “raises concerns” over his “willingness to comply with court’s orders,” noting that the limitations were put in place to “hopefully encourage him to reflect upon and reevaluate his current status in the community.”
Fitzgerald was notably the same judge who sentenced Petty to three years probation for failing to register as a sex offender in July 2022.
Petty recently gave further insight into his feud with Offset by sharing sharing screen recordings of a heated exchange they had via Instagram DMs.
In one of the messages, the “Bad and Boujee” rapper, 31, defended Cardi, telling Petty, “U a grown 40 year old man talking s–t about a woman you p—y,” before calling him “broke.”
Offset then seemingly laughed off Minaj’s husband’s threatening remarks in a separate video, in which he filmed himself cracking up while getting off of his private plane, later stating that Petty is “broke.”
It’s unclear why Petty called out Offset in the first place, but their wives have had major beef for years.
The two female rappers famously got into a brawl when they attended the same New York Fashion Week event in 2018.
Pvnew reported at the time that hair was pulled and a shoe was thrown during the scuffle. Cardi was also famously photographed leaving the event with a massive welt on her head.
However, their rivalry can be traced back to even a year prior, when Minaj made a dig at Offset in her song with Katy Perry, “Swish Swish.”
Cardi, 30, roasted Minaj, 40, on social media over the mention by calling people in the industry “fake.”
The Queens, NY, native then seemed to respond in her song “No Flag,” rapping, “Lil’ bitch/ I heard these labels tryna make another me/ Everything you getting little hoe is ’cause of me.”
Tensions grew even stronger when both women were featured on the song “Motorsport” and Minaj accused Cardi of being ungrateful.
“The only thing with Cardi that really, really hurt my feelings was the first interview she did after ‘Motorsport’ came out,” the “Barbie Dreams” rapper said in an interview with Beats 1 Radio’s Zane Lowe in April 2018.
“I remember when I first came in the game, if a female of that stature had done a feature with me on it, I would only be singing their praises and saying thank you.”
However, Cardi claimed that she had previously praised Minaj several times, telling Lowe, “I already said she’s an amazing artist, paid my respect to her.”
Cardi and Offset — who share children Kulture, 5, and Wave, 2 — got married in 2017.
Minaj, for her part, married Petty in 2019 and welcomed their son, whose name has not yet been revealed, a year later.
