Tom Sandoval had a night out in Los Angeles with a mystery woman as his “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss remains absent from filming.
The reality star — who split from Ariana Madix in March amid his affair with Leviss — was photographed with a female companion while leaving the Fleur Room in West Hollywood on Saturday night.
Sandoval was dressed in a green, patterned shirt, brown trousers, white sneakers and a fedora hat.
Meanwhile, his lady friend wore a purple bra under a black vest with tassels along with black denim jeans and sneakers.
The pair attempted to keep a low profile while waiting at the valet stand for several minutes.
They then got into Sandoval’s black car together.
She briefly flashed a smile before he drove off.
The outing comes months after the Tom Tom bar owner, 40, was seen with another mystery woman in May — hours before his breakup from Leviss made headlines.
“Last night I was actually out in Austin, Tex. [sic] where I live and I saw Tom with a mystery woman,” TikTok user Sarah Koefod shared in a video at the time.
Koefod explained that she was at the Austin Proper Hotel with a friend when she spotted Sandoval “across the bar” wearing a hat and sunglasses inside.
She then shared a photo of the “Vanderpump Rules” star sitting with an unidentified woman, whose face was blurred out.
The sighting came shortly after Pvnew confirmed that Sandoval and Leviss, 28, had called it quits after their months-long affair.
“Raquel dipped out,” an insider told us at the time. “Sandoval is not the one for her.”
The former beauty pageant contestant has yet return to filming for Season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules” after reportedly checking out of a mental health facility in early July.
Around the same time, sources told Pvnew that Leviss was playing “hardball” with Bravo execs over her salary.
“She wants to get as much money as she possibly can, so she is playing hardball,” a source said.
Meanwhile, Nick Viall claimed that Sandoval secretly brought forbidden pictures of Leviss on location while filming “Special Forces” earlier this year.
“He snuck in pictures of him and Rachel,” the “Bachelor” alum, 42, claimed during Thursday’s episode of his “Viall Files” podcast, referring to Leviss’ birth name.
While Viall explained that the Fox series doesn’t allow competitors to bring photos during the training process, he said Sandoval “came across as a guy who cared about her.”
“There seemed to be some real reluctance about [whether] the public would allow them to be together, but he came across — to me — as someone who had feelings and cared about Rachel,” he added.
