She’s so rare!
Selena Gomez, 31, stuck with an angelic color scheme on Wednesday as she hosted an event for her brand, Rare Beauty, in Los Angeles.
Celebrating the newly launched Find Comfort Body Collection, the singer arrived wearing a white structured suit from Giuseppe Di Morabito’s spring 2024 collection paired with Black Suede Studio strappy sandals ($328 $230), a silver Cult Gaia clutch ($498) and a cream-colored overcoat from The Frankie Shop ($485).
She even upped the bling with an $18,655 Effy Jewelry diamond tennis necklace and Mejuri hoop earrings ($98) — but the main focus, however, was on the corset top she wore underneath, which surprisingly came from a familiar brand and cost under $100.
The lace Victoria’s Secret style rings in at just $70 and is also available in purple, pink, black and a crystal-covered baby pink.
Of course, Gomez is no stranger to affordable fashion finds. Recently, the “only Murders in the Building” star sat courtside at a basketball game with new boyfriend Benny Blanco, where she opted to wear $20 parachute pants from Zara.
Back in December, Gomez paired a $4,184 coat from The Row with $68 Aritzia leggings in a high-low moment.
And on Sunday, the “only Murders in the Building” star went full glam in a black and red Armani Privé gown for the Golden Globes 2024 red carpet — which she paired with a budget purse.
While she appeared to engage in a Q&A at her beauty brand event, Gomez recently announced she was quitting social media once again, citing that she wants to focus on “what really matters” and will be gone “for a while” — though she returned to Instagram the following day.
The news comes after the star was seen whispering with Taylor Swift at the Golden Globes, where many assumed she was speaking about a negative encounter with Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.
Gomez has since denied that the conversation was about the couple.
The good news is, there are still plenty of opportunities for Gomez to break out some spectacular red carpet looks.
“only Murders in the Building” has been nominated for a handful of upcoming awards, including an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series and a SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
Fans should expect to see the star in something statement-making on Monday, Jan. 15 for the Emmy Awards.
