Alexa Nikolas claims Jamie Lynn Spears bullied her on the “very toxic” set of “Zoey 101.”
Nikolas said in Thursday’s episode of the “H3 Podcast” that she “just wanted to be friends with everybody” but hit a “wall” anytime she tried to talk to her co-star.
Furthermore, Spears, who had the starring role on the Nickelodeon show, allegedly gave Nikolas “the cold shoulder” while filming.
Nikolas, who played Nicole Bristow, claimed the behavior “slowly escalated” until “there was no interaction” between the pair.
“She wouldn’t even respond to me,” she claimed. “And then it became bullying where she would just say harsh things to me like, ‘Why do you smile so much?'”
Nikolas, 31, noted that while the alleged comments were “kid bullying s–t,” they still “hurt” at the time.
She accused Spears, 32, of making “everyone else feel like they had to also engage in that type of … mean girl situation.”
Not only did she specifically call out Victoria Justice for also “bullying” her, but Nikolas hinted that Kristin Herrera, who played Dana Cruz for a single season, was “let go” after the alleged tormenting became “really bad.”
Nikolas alleged that Herrera, 34, pushed her “into a rock at one point,” saying, “It was not a good time.”
Notably, Nikolas is not part of the “Zoey 102” movie, which premiered Thursday on Paramount+.
Reps for Spears, Justice and Herrera did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s requests for comment.
Nikolas also spoke to host Ethan Klein about the time Britney Spears yelled at her in a trailer on set, which she first described to Christy Carlson Romano’s “Vulnerable” podcast listeners in October 2022.
The Princess of Pop, 41, has since apologized for the incident.
“I apologize for my ignorance for yelling at you when I obviously had no idea what was really going on !!!” Britney tweeted in November 2022. “I … didn’t know how incredibly good my family was with the ACTING LANGUAGE!!!”
After calling the apology “remarkable and amazing” Thursday, Nikolas said that it was “healing” to read.
In addition to calling to out Jamie Lynn and their “Zoey 101” co-stars in the lengthy interview, Nikolas also reiterated her claims that Jonah Hill “slammed” her against a door and “shoved his tongue down my throat” when she was 16 and he was 24.

“A boundary felt like it was crossed,” she said of the alleged assault, which she first addressed in a tweet earlier this month and Hill, now 39, subsequently denied.
Nikolas slammed Justin Long as well, claiming the incident took place at his home, where she was given drinks while underage.
Since being a child star, Nikolas has continued acting with roles in “The Walking Dead,” “Family Guy,” “Criminal Minds” and more projects. She is married to Michael Gray, with whom she shares 2-year-old daughter Nova, and is pregnant with baby No. 2.
