The Dubrows are building their next dream house.

Heather and Dr. Terry Dubrow have recently purchased a Beverly Hills estate for $16.1 million after selling their Orange County mega-mansion — appropriately dubbed “Château Dubrow” — for a record-breaking $55 million last fall.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the 9,000-square-foot pad sits on 8.2 acres and was previously owned by late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis.

Despite the hilltop home’s hefty price tag, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” stars reportedly snagged the property for well below the $37.5 million asking price.

Apparently, it’s a real fixer-upper.

“We are so excited to redo this legendary home,” Heather, 54, told her Instagram followers, adding that renovations “should take about 3 years.”

Meanwhile, “Botched” star Terry described the house in its current state as, well, “botched.”

“It needs a lot of work,” the plastic surgeon told Pvnew’s Evan Real and Danny Murphy during a recent appearance on the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. “It’s going to really test Heather.”

Terry, 64, described his longtime spouse — who plans to oversee the property’s construction — as “a real estate design genius.”

“This is going to be next level,” he predicted, with both promising to document the process for their fans.

As for what led to the purchase, Terry explained to us, “We’ve been looking for a new project to do. … We looked all over the place.”

Heather elaborated to ET, “We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs. And the universe landed us here — at the most iconic Hollywood estate.”

Prior to De Laurentiis, the home was occupied by millionaire restauranteur Steve Crane, the one-time husband of legendary movie star Lana Turner, and then by bestselling author Harold Robbins.

Per ET, Heather and Terry will neighbor LeBron James and Drake, as well as Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, when they move into their new abode.

As far as location is concerned, the Bravolebrities will be just a short drive away from the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel, where they said “I do” in June 1999.

“It will be like our diner,” the actress quipped of the establishment’s famous restaurant, the Polo Lounge.

But the move doesn’t necessarily indicate that the Dubrows will try to cross over into “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — even though it would be a seemingly organic transition.

“I mean, [Heather] knows a lot of the Beverly Hills ‘Housewives,'” Terry told us. “She’s very good friends with Garcelle [Beauvais] and Kyle [Richards].”

“But our roots are in Orange County. My practice is in Orange County,” he went on, making sure to note that the couple has been “leading a dual life for a while,” as they also own a Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in Los Angeles’ Century City.

As for Heather, she previously told ET she’s “really comfortable” starring on “RHOC” and will “do the show” for “as long as they’ll have” her.

“Botched” Season 8 premieres Aug. 3 at 10 p.m. ET on E!
