Tori Kelly’s husband shared an emotional clip from one of the singer’s songs following news of her hospitalization for blood clots.
André Murillo posted a black screen to his Instagram Story early Tuesday with just his wife’s verse from Justin Bieber’s “Where Do I Fit In” playing.
“When I’m all alone and fear is all I see / Sitting in the silence with these insecurities / It’s then you remind me, you’re holding me tight / And you love me completely, you’re always by my side,” she sings in the 2021 track.
“And you say to me,” Bieber croons as Kelly sings, “It’ll be all right.”
Reps for Murillo and Kelly, who wed in 2018, didn’t immediately return Pvnew’s requests for comment.
The 33-year-old basketball player’s emotionally loaded message of support comes as the “Nobody Love” singer, 30, reportedly remains in “really serious” condition while battling blood clots in her legs and lungs.
Kelly had been out to dinner with friends Sunday night in downtown Los Angeles when she complained of having an abnormally fast heartbeat, TMZ reported Monday.
At one point, she fainted and was “out for a while,” according to the outlet, and her friends deliberately chose to drive her to Cedars-Sinai in West Hollywood instead of calling an ambulance that would have taken her to a lesser-quality hospital downtown.
Although the “Brokenhearted” performer has been living a more private life since her last album in 2020, she has been making a comeback this year.
Just last week, Kelly announced her EP “Tori” would be released July 28.
“this is the first taste of much more to come…” she teased.
The two-time Grammy winner debuted her latest single “Missin U” in March and surprised fans with a hair transformation to kick off her new era.
Kelly is also known for her time as a contestant on “American Idol” in 2010.
