From a California Gurl to a Canadian one.
Katy Perry donned a double denim suit for date night with her fiancé Orlando Bloom at British Vogue’s summer party Thursday.
The couple, who share 2-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, attended the Vogue x Self-Portrait party at Chiltern Firehouse in London alongside stars including Rita Ora, Emily Ratajkowski, Hari Nef, Issa Rae and more.
Perry, 38, rocked a denim version of a black Self-Portrait tailored jumpsuit ($600), consisting of wide-legged blue jeans paired with a matching vest with silver buttons.
However, unlike a 2001 era Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake in their iconic matching ‘fits, Bloom did not coordinate with the pop star.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, 46, instead wore a simple white button down with his jeans.
Despite Bloom skipping out on a matching moment, the party is far from the first time the controversial “American Idol” judge has rocked a Canadian tuxedo at a major event.
At the 2014 MTV VMAs, Perry and Riff Raff channeled their inner Britney and Justin in a high-fashion Versace fresh interpretation of the early aughts look.
And at the 2022 CMA Awards, Perry showed up in a plunging light denim bustier with matching wide-leg pants.
Despite not wearing matching outfits, the pop princess is having an eventful summer in London.
It might be because the “California Gurls” songstress is drinking alcohol again after giving it up as part of a three-month sober-pact with her British fiancé.
Last week, Perry and the “Lord of the Rings” star snapped pictures while making out during Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band’s performance at the British Summer Time (BST) Hyde Park festival in London.
These lovebirds clearly can’t get enough of each other.
