Hannah Gosselin claims her mom, Kate, purposely kept brother Collin away from his siblings when they were growing up.
“He would be separated from us,” the 19-year-old sextuplet said of her brother in a preview of Vice TV’s upcoming documentary titled “Dark Side of the 2000s.”
“Like, he would not get to come and play outside with us,” she continued. “He would eat dinner at different times than us.”
Hannah and Collin — along with fellow sextuplets Leah, Alexis, Aaden, and Joel, and now-22-year-old twin sisters Mady and Cara — were introduced to the public when they were infants, starring in multiple TV specials about their large family headed by parents Jon and Kate.
The family eventually starred in the hugely popular TLC show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” from 2007 to 2009, as well as the “Kate Plus 8” spin-off, which aired after the famous couple got divorced.
Kate, now 48, was granted primary custody of her eight children in December 2009, as she and Jon, now 46, continued to publicly battle.
Five years later, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum sent Collin, who was 12 years old at the time, to a behavioral institution to help with his “special needs.”
The rest of the children remained in her Pennsylvania home.
Jon removed Collin from the institution in 2018 after the teen begged his father to “save” him from the establishment.
Upon his departure, Collin, 19, moved in with his father and sister Hannah, who moved out of her mother’s home two years prior.
Collin acknowledged in Vice’s doc, which will be released on July 18, that he was not “a perfect child” growing up.
However, he said his “misbehaving was no different from [his] siblings” and theorized Kate took out her frustrations over her divorce on him.
“I know my mother was going through a lot of things,” Collin said. “I mean, a divorce and plenty of different things that can’t be easy to go through.”
“And, you know, I want to think that she needed someone to take out her anger and frustration on, and it was just kind of me. I was in the way and I was there. So, she chose me,” he added.
Hannah also criticized their estranged mother for not teaching Collin any boundaries.
“I don’t think effort was made in the home to help him learn what behavior is acceptable and what behavior is not acceptable,” the teen said.
Collin has had a nonexistent relationship with his mother for many years.
He told “Entertainment Tonight” in a November 2022 interview that he was “doing very well” without Kate in his life and hadn’t spoken to his siblings, besides Hannah, in “five or six years.”
Last month, Kate attended her estranged children’s high school graduation but allegedly snubbed Collin.
“Kate did end up taking photos with Hannah, but never spoke to Collin and never took photos with him,” an insider told The Sun, also alleging that she “didn’t even clap” for the teenagers.
“[Her presence] was a bit of a surprise considering she truly has been missing from most of Collin’s adult life and barely sees Hannah,” the source concluded.
