One of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s children told police that “his dad was hitting his mom” during the explosive fight that prompted officers to visit the couple’s Georgia mansion, according to a new report.
According to the incident report from the Milton Police Department and event report from the Alpharetta Police Department, obtained by “Entertainment Tonight” Thursday, the responding officer asked the former NFL player what served as the catalyst for the verbal dispute on Nov. 20.
Biermann, 38, responded that it did not matter “because nothing will happen just like last time” before becoming “verbally combative” with the cop.
The report states that one of the couple’s four minor kids said “it looked like Kroy may have hit [Kim],” further detailing that Biermann “put his hand into her face … with his fingers extended,” according to the outlet.
The unidentified son clarified that Biermann’s gesture was a way of “telling her to stop talking or get away from him” but did not seem harmful in nature.
Bodycam footage previously obtained by Pvnew also showed the former Atlanta Falcons player accusing Zolciak, 45, of “f–king other men” during the same verbal altercation.
When asked by the reporting officer what his and his estranged wife’s argument was about, Biermann yelled, “Our life. Our life! And it’s f—king destroyed!”
He eventually shared that the fight was due to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s “inability to solve” or “address” problems.
“It’s nothing but an act. It’s all a bunch of bulls—t,” Biermann said.
Biermann and Zolciak, who are going through a second attempt at divorcing, made headlines last month when an “extremely loud” altercation outside of their home prompted their son to dial 911.
Although a judge has ordered the estranged couple to reside in different parts of the house, which is on the market for $6 million amid their dire financial woes, the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums have been battling enough that the court decided this week that they must complete mediation prior to Jan. 31, 2024.
Despite the vicious arguments, Biermann and Zolciak have been spotted out on dinner and lunch dates.
