Heather Rae El Moussa documented flying commercial with her 5-month-old son two months after being slammed for sharing “tips” for mothers while flying private.

“A flight is a flight… Breastfeeding on takeoff and landing to help his ears,” the “Selling Sunset” star wrote over of selfie of her and Tristan on board a plane via her Instagram Story Monday.

The reality star was en route to see her baby boy’s father, Tarek El Moussa, whom she married in October 2021.

In another snap, Heather, 35, wrote that she “packed too much” in preparation for her flight with the youngster.

She then showed in a subsequent post a bag of baby toys and other items and said that wasn’t even “half” of what she packed for her baby.

Heather’s comment that “a flight is a flight” comes two months after fans grilled her for sharing her breastfeeding tip while flying on a private jet.

“I breast fed him on the way up and then again on the way down to help with ear popping,” the realtor wrote alongside a photo of her holding Tristan in May.

”It worked perfectly and then the rest of the flight he just giggled, played and looked around and was so happy & didn’t cry once… he loved the new environment.”

However, fans were quick to call her out in the comments section at the time.

“I love you and think you are an incredible woman, boss, mama and so many other things. You radiate positivity and inclusivity. BUT, this is tone def af. Private jet with help, is not an accomplishment. It’s straight privilege (and your hard work) but ZERO percent [sic] relatable,” one user previously wrote.

Another joked that Heather should “try flying commercial,” while an additional user wrote, “Not all Mamas have the luxury of a private plane. But good for you and your ‘tips’
