Anwar Hadid is off the market again.
The 24-year-old was spotted holding hands with new girlfriend Sophia Piccirilli following his split from Dua Lipa.
The pair, dressed casually, walked hand in hand while on a stroll in New York City Wednesday.
Despite the heat, Hadid covered up in a camo T-shirt, dark-wash jeans and a black beanie.
Piccirilli, on the other hand, went braless in a white tank top, low-rise sweatpants and Adidas sneakers. She also seemingly sported a hickey on the side of her neck, doing little to nothing to hide it.
An insider tells Pvnew that Hadid has been dating the redhead for several months.
In fact, the Ford model recently joined her beau at the Hadids’ home in Pennsylvania to celebrate his birthday.
News of their romance comes just one month since Hadid shared an alarming message on social media after the “Levitating” singer went public with her new boyfriend, Romain Gavras.
“Trying to not to find and kill him,” the aspiring singer captioned a selfie on his Instagram Story, which coincidentally came just two days after Lipa and Gavras walked the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival.
He also posted a mirror selfie captioned, “I cant [sic] breath [sic]” followed by a close-up photo of the ground, captioned, “I hate the way you say my name.”
Yet following backlash over the cryptic posts, Hadid blasted fans for jumping to conclusions.
“Crazy how the internet will just make whole articles about s–t they don’t know about!!” he wrote on his Instagram Story the following day.
“Yall [sic] are bored as f–k!!!! SORRY.”
Hadid and Lipa started dating in the summer of 2019. Although they kept most of their relationship out of the public eye, Lipa told Rolling Stone in January 2021 that she was “very comfortable in the relationship.”
Yet the couple, who even adopted a rescue pup named Dexter together, called it quits less than one year later.
“Dua and Anwar are currently taking a break from their relationship and are spending time apart,” a source told People in December 2021. “They’re figuring things out right now.”
While Anwar has not been linked to anyone else since their split, Lipa briefly dated Trevor Noah and Jack Harlow before moving on with Gavras.
