Heather Dubrow slammed “anti-female” Taylor Armstrong for disparaging her acting career after the former declined a role in the latter’s upcoming film.
During the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” Armstrong admitted she felt “insecure” by Dubrow’s refusal to join her upcoming film “Masterpiece.”
Armstrong also copped to critiquing Dubrow’s IMDb page during a lunch with Tamra Judge.
“That is so incredibly rude,” an irate Dubrow told Armstrong. “I’m someone who has put my entire life on hold as many women do for my family, so for you to denigrate my career is not only anti-female – but just not nice.”
Dubrow – who starred on several sitcoms before pausing to raise a family in the early aughts – admitted that she’s now at a “crossroads in my life figuring out who I am” after two of her four kids left for college.
“I was excited for you – that’s the person I am,” Dubrow, 54, continued. “The person you are is making a mountain out of a molehill when you offered me something that was not yours to offer me in the first place and then talk to all of my friends and s–t talk my career? F–k you!”
During last week’s episode, Armstrong, 52, asked Dubrow to star in a movie with her, but Dubrow claimed she didn’t think she was being “serious,” because that’s not how she’s been offered gigs in the past.
However, Armstrong took Dubrow’s declination of the film as her not wanting to “attach [her] name to anything that [I’m] attached to” as a “rookie actress.”
“Are you kidding me?” a stunned Dubrow asked after Armstrong confessed her feelings. “I think this is a you issue, not a me issue, because I don’t feel that way. Usually if someone wants me to do something, someone would call, they’d send the script, there is a protocol.”
The two initially resolved their issues after Armstrong learned it wasn’t personal, but then she said the director wanted Dubrow to do a “casting tape” before offering her any sort of part.
“Just for clarity, I was offered a role, I turned down the role, I am better than the role, but now I’m not good enough for the role, and still no one has reached out to me,” Dubrow summed up in her confessional.
The casting tape made Dubrow upset because Armstrong was “good enough” to get cast having “never worked before” – yet she has to audition for the role Armstrong already offered her.

Tamra Judge – who was at lunch with Armstrong when she scrolled through Dubrow’s IMDb – chimed in that Armstrong was looking through Dubrow’s page and “didn’t think it was that impressive.”
Armstrong argued that she was only looking through Dubrow’s credits, because she was worried she looked “f–king stupid” for suggesting Dubrow after the director asked her to audition.
However, Dubrow didn’t seem to buy it and slammed her intentions as “punitive,” and the episode ended with Dubrow going off on her.
It’s unclear if the two were able to work things out for good, but they each still follow each other on Instagram.
