She’s crushing it.
Kate Bosworth showed off her toned abs in a Nike sports bra and workout shorts on Instagram Tuesday, revealing she has “never felt better” at age 40.
“I am super proud of my strength,” the actress wrote, adding that she’s “feeling more optimal now than I did 20 years ago running around in a bikini for ‘Blue Crush.'”
Bosworth included photos of herself striking strong poses with her health coach of over five years, Steph Watson, in another activewear set.
“A lot of you have asked about my fitness routine, nutrition, and what it’s been like working with my coach, Steph Watson,” she acknowledged, before sharing details on each.
Bosworth wrote that Watson creates a “super simple” and “custom” plan to help clients “establish sustainable, long term habits.”
Hers, she added, includes a “wholesome, healthy nutritional plan” and “fun, short (but tough!) workouts” she can squeeze into her “chaotic” schedule.
Clarifying that her post was “#notanad,” Bosworth raved of Watson, “I could go on and on about her knowledge + brilliance in the health / wellness space.”
Fans shared their support in the comments.
“So nice to see you happy and strong instead of super thin and sad. You look beautiful and radiant these days,” one wrote.
“You’re 40?!? Time flies. I better look as good as you when im [sic] 40,” another added.
Bosworth has been throwing it back to her famed role in the 2002 surfing flick lately.
In May, she teamed up with Roxy on a “surfer girl”-inspired collection of nostalgic beach styles, from cheeky bikinis to bucket hats, available at Urban Outfitters.
Bosworth – who wed actor Justin Long last month – modeled the looks on Hawaii’s North Shore, where the cult classic took place, in honor of the film’s 20th anniversary.
