Tom Cruise’s leading ladies accompanied him to the “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One” world premiere in Rome on Monday.
The actor ascended the red carpet on the iconic Spanish Steps with Hayley Atwell, Rebecca Ferguson and Vanessa Kirby in tow for the debut of the seventh installment in the spy franchise.
Cruise, 60, looked sleek in a blue suit layered over a matching vest. He accessorized with sunglasses and black dress shoes while letting his tousled hair flow in the Italian breeze.
But it was the film’s stunning beauties who really stole the show.
At one point, the “Top Gun” star kissed Ferguson, 39, on the cheek as they posed for photographers. She was also seen whispering into his ear.
The actress, who wore a classy black velvet dress and a bold red lip for the premiere, reprises her role as Ilsa Faust in “M:I 7.”
Atwell, 41, also opted for an all-black look, wearing a backless gown that showed off her svelte figure. She portrays Grace in the new movie.
As for Kirby, the Academy Award nominee, 35, stuck out in a sheer beaded nude number that hugged her curves. She is making her return as Alanna Mitsopolis/White Widow for the final films in the series.
French actress Pom Klementieff, meanwhile, looked pretty in purple, while Mariela Garriga wore an intricately beaded white lace gown.
Cruise and Atwell sparked romance rumors in December 2020 when a production source claimed they had “hit it off from day one” after meeting on the set of the much-anticipated project.
“[The COVID-19] lockdown, and all the difficulties that came with it, brought them even closer, and they’ve become fairly inseparable,” the insider told the Sun at the time.
The co-stars continued to fan the flames when they attended the 2021 Wimbledon finals in London side by side.
However, Atwell described her and Cruise’s relationship as “platonic love” and revealed in April that she got engaged to Ned Wolfgang Kelly, whom she started dating in 2021.
“My love for Tom, my love for the process of this [movie], and also the people who they keep very close to them and who are very present on set, has a wholesomeness to it,” she told Country & Town House.
“That for me, I just found so beautiful, so, yeah, I can freely say, ‘I love this group of people.'”
Production of the two-part “Mission: Impossible” finale, which was shot back-to-back, had been put on pause during the pandemic.
Cruise notoriously made headlines after leaked audio of him lambasting crew members for not following safety protocols went viral.
“If I see you do it again, you’re f—king gone,” he yelled. “And if anyone in this crew does it, that’s it — and you too and you too. And you, don’t you ever f—king do it again.”
“Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One” hits theaters in the US on July 12. Its sequel, “Dead Reckoning Part Two,” is set to premiere on June 28, 2024.
