Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued for sexual assault by a third accuser, one week after settling with ex-girlfriend Cassie.

The anonymous woman claimed Combs and singer Aaron Hall raped her and an unidentified friend in 1990 or 1991, according to a filing obtained by Rolling Stone Friday.

The foursome met at an MCA Records event, with Combs, now 54, and Hall, now 59, allegedly acting “very handsy and flirtatious” and “offering [the women] drinks” before bringing them to Hall’s apartment.

“Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the court documents claimed.

“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”

The woman, who left the residence alone, was later told that her pal was allegedly “forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”

The men allegedly “switched” when the Bad Boy Records creator “finished with Jane Doe.”

The filing went on to claim that an “irate” Combs assaulted and choked the woman at her home days later “to the point that she passed out.”

Diddy’s spokesperson called the claims “fabricated” in a statement to Pvnew, writing, “This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. … The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”

Hall’s rep did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s requests for comment.

When Cassie accused the rapper of rape, repeated physical abuse and sex trafficking in a bombshell lawsuit last week, he “vehemently denied” the “baseless and outrageous” claims via his lawyer.

“For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship,” attorney Ben Brafman said in a statement to us of the “Me & U” singer’s alleged “blackmail.”

Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, however, claimed that “Mr. Combs offered Ms. Ventura eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit [and] she rejected his efforts.”

The following day, news broke that Combs had settled, with him wishing Cassie “all the best” in a statement.

His ex, for her part, said, “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Earlier this week, a second accuser named Joi Dickerson-Neal sued Combs for allegedly drugging and raping her in 1991 when she was a student at Syracuse University.

His spokesperson called the legal action a “money grab,” claiming the “last-minute lawsuit” was “an example of how a well-intentioned law [the New York Adult’s Survivors Act] can be turned on its head.”

Notably, the legislation, which expires Friday, allows alleged victims of sexual offenses to file civil lawsuits after statute of limitations have passed.
