Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage are reportedly not on good terms following the end of their short-lived marriage.
“This is not where they wanted this to end up,” an insider told Us Weekly Tuesday, noting that the breakup is “not amicable.”
”It will take time for both to get to a place where they can move past this and get on with their lives,” they added.
Meanwhile, a second source claimed there wasn’t one specific thing that led to their split, but rather “several factors” at play.
Pvnew confirmed Monday that Appleton, who is Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist, filed for divorce from the “White Lotus” star, 28, after just six months of marriage.
The 40-year-old cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and listed their date of separation as Friday, Nov. 10 — the day after their April wedding aired on “The Kardashians.”
In the episode, the Skims founder, 43, flew the pair out to Las Vegas, where she officiated their wedding in front of just six guests other guests.
Both men opted for untraditional looks for their big day, each sporting leather pants, an unbuttoned animal print shirt and a massive fur coat.
Meanwhile, Kardashian matched their vibe in a black, skin-tight leather dress.
After exchanging vows, the media mogul surprised the then-couple with a private concert from Shania Twain, their favorite singer.
The Grammy winner serenaded the duo to her hit “You’re Still the One” as they stood onstage drinking champagne.
However, elsewhere in the episode, the reality star warned Appleton and Gage to sign a pre-nuptial agreement — which they did.
The day after filing for divorce, Appleton was photographed on a coffee run — noticeably without his wedding band.
Appleton and Gage went public with their romance in February and got engaged just two months later.
In March, the celebrity hairstylist, who also works with Jennifer Lopez, gushed about their love on “The Drew Barrymore Show.”
“I’m very happy,” Appleton said. “Very much in love, and I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special.”
He added, “Love is a really special thing, and I think meeting someone that you really connect with is really, really special.”
