Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still celebrating their 12-year wedding anniversary amid their ongoing divorce.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum documented her and Biermann’s romantic night out Saturday via her Instagram Story, sharing a video of the two clinking drinks over a three-course meal.
The on-again, off-again couple — who most recently filed for divorce a second time in August — shouted “cheers” alongside restaurant staff as they enjoyed an Italian dinner at Mezza Luna Pasta and Seafood in Smyrna, Ga.
“What an incredible night!” the former reality star wrote atop the video.
Sharing another photo to her Instagram Story of her all-black anniversary night look, Zolciak wrote, “Happy, Thankful, Grateful, AND Blessed ❤️.”
It’s unclear if the two simply put aside their differences for the night – or if this is a sign that divorce is off the table once again.
Last month, Zolciak, 45, responded to Biermann’s second divorce petition, which was filed in August.
In documents obtained by Pvnew, Zolciak finally agreed that their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
Zolciak’s filing came after hesitancy from the former Bravolebrity, who initially wanted the case dismissed – alleging she and the former NFL star were still participating in “marital sexual relations” on “multiple occasions.”
Biermann, 38, initially filed for divorce from Zolciak in May, claiming that his estranged wife’s alleged gambling addiction had left the family “financially devastated.“
However, the two called off the split in July, attempting to work things out before filing for divorce again a month later.
The pair’s marital woes come amid their own highly publicized financial struggles.
The duo — who share six children — most recently listed their Georgia mansion for sale with a hefty $6 million asking price after the home was set to enter foreclosure again.
In addition to their real estate issues, BMW Financial Services sued Biermann after the former athlete failed to make payments on his $400,000 Rolls Royce.
Zolciak is also facing her own lawsuit after Saks/Capital One sued her over $150,000 worth of unpaid credit card fees.
Since their financial woes have continued to rack up, Zolciak has turned to hocking daughter Brielle’s designer goods.
