Melissa Gorga fought back against Teresa Giudice’s claim that she and her husband, Joe Gorga, played a role in Giudice’s 2013 fraud indictment.
“Teresa, we didn’t commit mortgage fraud — you did, dollface. Like, stop,” Melissa said in a preview of Tuesday’s episode of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion (via @JaysRealityBlog).
Melissa’s fiery response came after Giudice accused her brother and sister-in-law of putting her “in jail” nearly 10 years ago.
While the OG “Housewife,” 51, denied the Gorgas were fully to blame, she claimed they had been hanging out with the people who “were responsible for that happening to me.”
Melissa, 44, insisted she was not close to anyone who may have tipped off the authorities, to which host Andy Cohen chimed in to point out that Giudice was “married to the person who was responsible for [her] going to jail,” referencing her ex-husband, Joe Giudice.
“I spoke to the FBI. … I have proof,” the “Standing Strong” author claimed.
The sisters-in-law continued to argue over Teresa’s accusations — one of them being that Joe Gorga called the FBI because of his dislike toward Joe Giudice.
“It’s very sad that my own family were hanging out with people that were trying to hurt us,” she added.

Melissa asked Teresa to “stop blaming other people” for her ex-husband’s actions and once again slammed the hearsay as a “f–king lie.”
When Cohen tried to move the conversation forward, Teresa joked, “I feel so much better. I’m cleansing all the bad energy.”
The cookbook author faced off against the Gorgas at the reunion for the first time since they had an explosive argument during the Season 13 finale taping last summer that ultimately caused them to become estranged.
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
